Devonshire North Association Governance

Governing Documents

Devonshire North Association Inc. operates as a sub association to the Waterford Master Owners Association and is governed by a set of documents that define the authority of the HOA and the rights and responsibilities of its members and board of directors.   Information about our governing rules is detailed in the CC&Rs, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation below.

CC&Rs

CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) are used to maintain property values and protect the rights of homeowners in a community. They can limit property maintenance, decorations, pets, and more. CC&Rs also specify how the HOA will enforce the rules, including the process for issuing warnings, fines, or legal action.

Bylaws

Bylaws are used to establish the structure and procedures for the day-to-day governance of our homeowners association.  They cover topics like the frequency of HOA board elections, the process for nominating and electing board members, and the duties and responsibilities of the board members.
