Devonshire North Association Budget

Each year, the Devonshire North Board of Directors approves a budget and homeowner assessment to fund expenses related to maintenance of homeowner lawns and landscaping, annual roof cleaning, maintenance of common areas, maintenance of the irrigation system and the reclaimed water used for irrigation.  Additionally, owners are also members of the Waterford Master Owner Association which also approves a budget and assessments.
